180 Secondary & Primary Pupils Inspired in Science and Coding

Hosted by Raynes Park High School, 180 young people from Schools in the borough of Merton enjoyed scientific explosions, dry ice and slime making to encourage studying science to address the skills shortage. Alongside these fun experiments the pi-top training labs were put to good use with pupils playing specially written computer games which taught coding skills to encourage young people to get involved in coding to develop career options. Our thanks to Raynes Park High School for hosing this event and to pi-top and BECSLink for developing the programme.
